Our lighting solutions come with various different levels of warranty depending on the grade of product you require for your applications. You can generally find an indication of the warranty on the product specification sheets in the products area of our webpage or by enquiring with our sales team through the contact page.

For warranty claims under the terms of the warranty instructions received with the bulb you purchased please contact info@lumenbulbs.com and indicate which warranty you are claiming.  For bulbs purchased through a distributor of Lumen products please contact them for faster response times.
